Vietnam reports no Nipah cases, tightens border controls

Vietnam has not recorded any Nipah virus infections, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed on Thursday, while stressing that authorities are strengthening surveillance at border checkpoints and coordinating closely with the World Health Organization (WHO).
