Vietnam ministry proposes fines for resale of shared Netflix, Spotify accounts

Vietnam’s Ministry of Public Security has proposed fines of up to VND50 million (US$1,898) for reselling shared accounts of subscription-based digital services such as Netflix, Spotify, and YouTube Premium in breach of providers’ terms, according to a draft decree.
