Top Vietnamese, Chinese diplomats hold strategic talks to deepen bilateral cooperation

The foreign ministers of Vietnam and China held strategic talks in Hanoi on Sunday, as part of the 17th session of the Vietnam-China steering committee for bilateral cooperation and the first ministerial-level strategic dialogue involving foreign affairs, defense, and public security.
