Ho Chi Minh City needs to establish a distinct identity, adopt a comprehensive development plan, and improve connectivity infrastructure to build a vibrant nighttime economy, rather than continuing with fragmented efforts, leaders of travel firms said at a thematic seminar titled 'Nighttime Economy: Driving Growth in Ho Chi Minh City' on Wednesday.
