Ho Chi Minh City police help return taxi passenger’s bag containing assets worth $114,000

Police in Vinh Hoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, along with Nguyen Van Trong, a 36-year-old taxi driver, on Saturday completed procedures to return a bag containing belongings worth over VND3 billion (US$114,000) to a 66-year-old woman who had left it in the taxi.
