Ho Chi Minh City authorities and Phat Dat Real Estate Development JSC on Wednesday broke ground on Binh Chuan 3 Elementary School, a VND145-billion (US$5.5 million) project fully funded by the private sector to ease classroom shortages in Thuan Giao Ward.
