The European Commission (EC) has given initial recognition to Vietnam’s efforts in combating illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing, following its fifth inspection of the country’s anti-IUU measures from March 9 to 19, the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.
