Early voting completed in Vietnam’s Truong Sa

Voters in Vietnam’s Truong Sa (Spratly) Special Zone, administered by Khanh Hoa Province, have completed early voting for deputies to the country’s law-making National Assembly and local People’s Councils for the 2026-31 term, authorities said.
